The Firm offers experienced legal counseling in a wide variety of lease transactions from retail, office and warehouse space to out parcel ground leases involving multiple lenders; debt financing for construction and purchase transactions; structuring of equity capital transactions; construction contracts for general contractors, subcontractors, owners, construction managers and project managers, as well as in construction disputes, mechanic's lien situations; and title matters.
